About ADI

Introduction

Australian Driving Institute has over ten years experience

The Australian Driving Institute has over ten years experience in providing a diverse range of training programs and professional driving services. Primarily, The ADI conducts a variety of courses to companies who seek to sustain an ongoing reduction with their crash rate.

Others want the same outcome (No crashes) when we are employed to protect our national treasures in celebrity races. Recent examples include the Ford Laser Celebrity Challenge at the Clipsal 500 and the V.W Pro-am for Le Mann's in 2000, 01 and 02.

Successes for both are fine examples of our dedication to the task, ADI is employed to achieve.

Our Principles

'Target Zero' is the aim

"Target Zero" is the aim. In theory we can all achieve it however the reality is people crash and in 98% of all crashes, the human is the weakest link. A considerable and frankly, embarrassing amount.

"Motivate to learn" is how we get there. This motivation is also used to help the student do their best.

"Prevention" is an important cog in the wheel. To understand how and why crashes occur is presented in a non-threatening way. When students eyebrows start to lift, you know you have their attention and their "attitude" starts to change.

"Flexibility" to design every course we conduct to be specific in its content in reaction to the outcome you want.

The Reasons We Succeed

Our course is modified to suit the client.

It is our approach! We help drivers to understand that humans make shocking drivers and in order to do it correctly in application requires us to concentrate better an be more disciplined by motivating to learn.

Our course starts with a common template and modified to suit the specifics particular to the client.

This can only work when you have the right people who can effectively communicate their message and be able to read the character of their student in our quest where we motivate to learn. Our staff is the reason we succeed.
