Our experience with ADI's more entertaining work has also provided us with some valuable learning experiences.
We attribute our success in being able to generate a team bond amongst people. The crash rate reduces when we affect a cultural shift in the work place and we got celebrities to knuckle down and help each other to get their racing licence.
The ADI was given only two days to get all the celebrities an actual racing licence and the rules could not be bent for anyone, even Dawn Fraser!
