You get to drive our car and drive it flat out!
You arrive early in the morning, get into a driving suit and clean helmet that we provide you and then meet the rest of your team and get started on your day.
After a short briefing covering vehicle dynamics, oversteer / understeer, cornering techniques, braking and basic theory, its out to your car. With a professional driver right next to you, you are calmly talked through every inch! As the switch is flipped the engine roars into life. 3...2...1...Your instructor urges you to GO GO GO!
This event is for everyone. Mates, ladies and executives! It's clean, fun and exhilarating. The person next to you is a professional driver with international experience and if you are apprehensive, your instructor isn't just professional in driving, he is also calm and patient! If you think you could give your instructor a run for his money, then he will be happy to help you! Once everything checks out, you can drive fast, sideways or just idle around in your fully prepared vehicle.
Each course is capped at 4 drivers in total, allowing each participant maximum driving time. Concentration levels that are required for this type of high performance driving are extremely high so we rotate regularly, giving plenty of time for drivers to recoup, allowing them to perfect their technique which helps in getting faster lap times. we provide to you an amazing and unforgettable experience.
The standard event goes for one day, commencing at 8:30am and finishing up at around 4:30pm. You will need to get to the location (Tailem Bend test track) around 55 minutes from Adelaide CBD. The event supplies you with a car, safety gear, refreshments, lunch and if you are one of the lucky ones, a trophy!
