Accident Investigation

Our Accident Investigators are experienced in accident causes, investigative techniques, have a sound understanding of driving processes, procedures, people and WH&S environment of any particular situation. 

We analyse factors which lead to accidents and get to the root cause which can be due to unsafe conditions or unsafe acts because of human error.

Our Accident Investigation involves the following process:
 

• Investigate the incident

  • Sometimes requires where appropriate an interview with the driver

• Identification of the root cause

• Provide Comprehensive report of the findings to Coroner's standards

• Develop a plan for corrective action where required
